Hi Doug
Its a 4 star all inclusive hotel, that sits on the main road and beach, i would adv a sea view room will be much better. Location for the local bus to go to the old town is ideal and a few restaurants and bars near by
it has a nice pool area and and 2 restuarants one for breakfast and 1 for dinner.
I had a wedding couple last year staying there they had a lovely holiday, they did arranage they ate out on their wedding day though as they wanted a different more private venue for their special day
Let me know if i can help your further
Kind regards
Cyprus Eve

The Poseidonia hotel is very nice, havnt stayed there but been past it many times. I would also advise you to upgrade to a seaview room as the road outside the hotel is like a motorway especially at weekends and it can be quite noisey. I was due to stay at the Atlantica in May this year and was only informed it wasnt ready a few weeks before we were due to go, due to building work. It was due to open on May 1st. We had to cancel the holiday with Thomson and book another one with a different tour company. We ended up staying at The Mediterranean Beach we knew it was really nice as we had stayed there before. While in Limassol we went and had a look at The Atlantica and i would say they will be lucky if its open for Xmas, so beware anyone if you are due to go there this summer, for some reason the tour companies are still taking bookings and leaving it until the last minute to tell people its not ready.
