great hotel, kids club, beaches & restaurants????

Hi

I%26#39;d love to holiday in Cyprus but need help chosing where. I%26#39;d like a good 4* hotel with a very good kids club (important) located in an area with great restaurants as i love eating out, not necessarily cheap i%26#39;m more interested in quality.

Also, really nice beaches, nice quality bars etc.

Overall i%26#39;m looking for great quality, high standard, although i dont want to go nuts spending money i%26#39;m happy paying more if i know its worth it.

thanks for any help

Hi there,

Don%26#39;t know if this is too late or not but here goes...

My suggestion would be to prefer Paphos for the type of holiday you are looking for. It caters more for the type of holiday you want, more for kids etc. The beaches are better in The Famagusta area (Ayia Napa) but there is more of a club/nighlife scene there.

The best beach in the Paphos area is Latsi, which is near Polis and is a 40min drive from Paphos. It is a pebble beach with clear waters.

There are restaurants all over, but the ones that are better quality tend to be those that are open year round and where you find more locals. One suggestion in Paphos is to ask for the Tavern of the seven St Georges on the Yeroskipou road. That will be something you will not forget.

Hi mlazarou,

thanks for your reply, its not too late. I Think its definitely going to be Paphos that we chose to go to.

There%26#39;s so many hotels to chose from, 2 i%26#39;m paricularly looking at are Athena Beach Hotel %26amp; Alexandra the Great.

Which would be the better choice, i have a 6 year old son that will need plenty to do to keep him occupied.

Also, looked at Elysium which looks great but i%26#39;m not sure if its suitable for kids.
