Anyone been to or seen a wedding in the Aeneas Hotel Ayia Na

Hi

Has anyone been to or seen a wedding in the Aeneas Hotel or stayed at the hotel? If so what was it like, what is the food like, decor etc etc?

We get married here in May and am a bit panicky now!

No need to get panic stricken. Top class hotel, but not set on the beach......you%26#39;d have to walk for a minute to find the beach

We are also getting married at the Aeneas Hotel in May! Our date is 31st, whens yours?

We went to Nissi Bay last May to have a look round the hotels and orignally was going to opt for the Adams Beach but due to availablity opted for the Aeneas.

Unfortunatly we did not have la ook around as it was not one the we had heard of before we went, however we did have a peek over the walls etc and the pool looked amazing.

I must admit that I have gotten a little panicky as there has been mixed reviews on this site and also its really difficult to find anyone else who has gotten married here but im sure we will both have a great day!!

Only just seen your post! How did you get on? We had a fantastic time, we got married on 23rd May, you got married the day after we got home!

Everyone is still raving about how good it was. I am so glad we decided to go abroad and delighted that we picked the Aeneas.

There%26#39;s another girl on here who is getting married in the Aeneas in October. I have posted a reply to her......you could do one for her too to put her mind at ease (that%26#39;s if you have a good report!!). It was a nightmare for me trying to get feedback so I am sure she will appreciate it if we can help any.

Hi there im not sure if its me your talking about but im getting married in the Aeneas in October and yes was very anxious until I read about your weddings. Were there nice places to have your pictures taken?

You must be excited, October will be here before you know it!

We got family pictures taken on the grounds of the hotel in the garden area and after dinner our photographer and DVD guy took us to Capo Greko for more pictures. Here%26#39;s a link to some of our pics.............

I%26#39;m delighted with our pictures. I posted them on Confetti and Hitched and got an email from the editor of 50 Beautiful Weddings magazine saying they would love to feature our wedding in their magazine! They have got the disk with our pics on them and I have just to fill in a questionnaire and give them info on how we met, how the wedding was etc and then we will be in it!!!

You will have a fantastic time. Have you booked the DJ that the hotel supplies?

Hi ya no we havent booked the DJ as we are only there for a short while before we go onto the reception at a local restaurant called The Gardens Restaurant.

We just had our reception in the hotel too .........there were 31 of us so we fancied partying through the night to celebrate. We were there from 2.30pm to 12.00am.........

It really is a beautiful hotel you have nothing to worry about........I found out when we were there it has the biggest pool in Europe for a hotel (not that you will be swimming in it on your wedding day!! lol!)
