nestor hotel ayia napa

hi ive booked a holiday to the nestor hotel ayia napa in september 2007 please can anyone tell me what the hotel is like as were going all inclusive and how near are we to the bars and shops

Ive just returned from the nestor (09 - 23 may 2007)

Hotel is in very good loction, approx 10 minutes to the square where

you%26#39;ll find the bars and only a few minutes walk to the shops as it is

situated on a side street, from the main street.

We only stayed bed and breakfast, food was good though very repetitive and not much choice.

Hotel it self was very clean, with good sized pool area, though you need to get up early if you want to get a good sunbed.

I was up approx 08.30 every morning to put my towel down, then i would go for breakfast, yiou weren%26#39;t supposed to though everyone did it and it was the only way to get one, especially if you wanted one with a parasol. Beaches near to the hotel aren%26#39;t too good, if you want to go to a nice beach try Nissi beach ( this will cost you approx £5 each way) but well worth it.

Staff were very friendly and prices for drinks were not bad. they also had a happy hour every evening 2 - 1 on cocktails and 30 % of beer.

thanks for your reply, this will be my first time in cyprus i normally go to greece i think im going to like it. do you no how far away the waterpark is from the nestor cheers

the water park is about 10 minutes in a taxi great fun! we stayed at the nestor and have nothing bad to say about it .
