Very very hot and humid - can hit 40 degrees. Also very hot at night. You will definitely need air conditioning. Not wishing to be a killjoy keep alcohol to a minimum during the day and drink plenty of water - you can become dehydrated very quickly. Minimum 20/25 sun factor or one of the once a day sun creams. Keep any makeup/lipsticks in the fridge because they will just melt. I vowed I would never go to Cyprus again in July/August because of the heat but given our current weather I wish I could jump on a plane right now!

Sorry but it is more likely to be 40%26#39;s. I lived out there through 2 summers and our house had no air conditioning. Spent most night sleeping out on the patio as the house was too hot.

Well according to a post on the Aloe Hotel, it%26#39;s 46 - 50 degrees C, NOW!!! We got back on 16th June - just when it was starting to really hot up :-((

My daughter and her friends are in Ayia Napa at the moment and when I spoke to her last night at 11pm their time it was 90 degrees! The day before the temperature actually touched 45!! Plenty of water and definately no less than a factor 20, some of her friends were a little lobster red after using 8%26#39;s and 15%26#39;s. Hope this helps
