Has anyone been to pervolia.
I am greek cypriot but haven%26#39;t been to cyprus for nearly 8 years so need some help. I have recently married and this will be first trip to cyprus with my husband - he has played golf in Paphos which is beautiful but thats about it. As a child used to stay in Larnaca. Travelled all around the island but wanted to stay somewhere close to Nicosia so we can easily visit family and explore both East and West sides of the island. The only thing is - my husband doesn%26#39;t fancy driving so need to stay somewhere with bustop close by.
Hope someone can help. Pervolia seems like a good location????

Why not just stay in Larnaca at the Sun Hall Hotel ?It faces the beach you have all the restaurants and night life close by .The busses also stop in front of hotel very convenient for someone who does,nt like to drive.

Hello - it doesn%26#39;t have the best reviews?? also hoping to find somewhere with a pool

Anywhere is better than staying tthan Pervolia!

How about the Palm Beach or the Lordos Hotels? It is not Larnaca centre, but the area has some restaurants and shops (mostly souvenir though)
However if you plan to visit the island a car will be necessary, as busses are restricted or are you planning to use the tour operators%26#39; excursions?

Hi - I wanted somewhere more traditional than the hotels along the the dhekelia road I suppose. I have travelled the island before - and buses are fine along with taxis and the odd favour from a relative. What are the other villages that surround larnanca like? Have been considering the Faros holiday village as well...as another alternative option but it won%26#39;t really give my husband a taste of real cyprus family holiday with a native..

I ended up checking our both the hotels you mentioned but they are both fully booked. Lordos didn%26#39;t sound too bad in the end.. infact I think I may have stayed there years ago for a wedding
