We stayed at the Takkas apartments and would recommend them. They are very close to the square, nice pool, the staff are friendly, the barman is nuts and they are a good laugh. We booked them through Freestyle.

If you want to stay in Ayia Napa itself the Liminaki is a very good reasonably priced basic hotel. It is right by the harbour where all the watersports happen and has a great pool with a lively bar. It is not far to walk to the bars and clubs. If you wanted to go to Nissi Beach the Adams Beach is a great hotel but a bit more expensive.

I have been to Ayai Napa 25 times!6 times this year... I would suggest either Takkas apartments or New famagusta apartments.Excellent location and good standard of accomadation. I am going again next year for a month ... FOR THE WHOLE OF SEPTEMBER! look at olymic holidays web site or book direct as I do. Its so much cheaper to do it that way. I use a limo driver to do transfers 24 cyprus pounds each way. I love it there.... go and enjoy!!!

The cheapest (and livleyest option)is to book through www.just.co.uk part of thompsons group where you to cyprus for 2weeks for £300. if you want to be close to all the partying action then choose apartments near the square. The best beach is Nissi beach which is stunning and where all the party goers chill during the day, it has white sand and turquiouse water and is possibly the best beach i have ever seen. It can get quite crowded however so maybe you can go to other nearby nice beaches too. There are just sooo many apartments and hotels around ayia napa that its impossible to list them all. All Ayia Napa hotels apartments etc are listed on the cyprus tourist board website and is extensive. Just make sure you take advantage of the travel agent excursions where you can go to practically any part of the island on a guided tour and the coach picks you up from outside your apartment or hotel for about £15 cyprus pounds. DO NOT i repeat DO NOT use your tour operators excursions as they will charge you waaay too much

The Christabelle Apartments are the place to stay. Great atmosphere, clean, spacious apartments and not too far from the square. (about 5 mins walk - literally)The atmosphere is buzzing, with a 24 hour bar that has a happy hour on an evening. Im off there on the 9th July for two weeks, can%26#39;t wait!!
