weather in cyprus

would like to spend 2 weeks in cyprus in december 12/12-26/2007. is it a bad time to go i.e. very rainy and cold? thanks

December is officially winter, however the weather could be anything.

The last few Decembers have unfortunately been very dry and Cyprus needs the rain. Average temperature 10 - 15 centigrade.

Rainy weather does not last long anyway, so even if there are a few showers, it would not spoil the holiday if sightseeing is planned.
