New house nearing completion in complex, any information regarding the provision of water and electricity in new house. Currently living in UK, want to avoid unnecessary trips to Northern Cypress.
Understand builders initial clean of the house very basic, any information regarding local cleaners would be appreciated.

Jane, thank you for your advice.
We are first time buyers of property abroad and although excited we are realising that things are not that straight forward. Never mind we will get there. We are planning to come over for three weeks end of Aug beginning of September. We plan to fly to Larnaca and transfer across the border. We plan to stay in a hotel for the first week and hopefully occupy our new home for the last two weeks. Would you know of any accommodation/hotels etc closer to Tatlisu. In June we stayed at the Riverside which we enjoyed but it was about 15 minutes the other side of Kyrinia.

I would have a look at Acapulco, they are out on the East side, and probably the last hotel, before the coast road that leads to Tatlisu.
If you want something cheaper, try the Fireman%26#39;s Fez - which does B and B, or Villa Mimosa - B and B in Catalkoy.
